I thought of that, but the little red light comes on when a button is pushed, so wouldn't it be on all the time if there was a stuck or shorted button? There has to be a drain on the battery, but I can't figure out what it could be, and why it doesn't turn on the red light. But thanks for the suggestion. Chase
