Hi all, I have a Tivo Series 2 and am wondering what my best options are for burning shows on it to a DVD. I already have a DVD player (w/o burning capability) connected to my TV so ideally what I would like to do is buy something that I can use to connect to my computer as well. Do you need a special DVD burner in order to capture the video signal coming out of the Tivo or does it just require a special cable. I'm pretty ignorant about my options. On my laptop I have a 1394 jack, CD jack (not sure what it's called, and a USB 2 jack. Is there some way of using that to copy it to an external DVD drive without losing quality?
