Our Philips series 1 model HDR612BK02 seems to have crashed its hard drive. I removed the two screws at the back of the case, and it looks like the case slides off like some computer towers, but it won't budge. We tried prying a screwdriver under the lip to help it start, but still no movement. How do we get her opened up without trashing the case?
