I'm interested in doing this as well and had planned on doing some research this week. From a quick look through the TiVo Central group archives and a couple of web searches, I think these are our options.
As near as I can tell, the most promising cheap option is to use DirectShow Dump http://www.prish.com/etivo/tbr.htm to convert the .tivo file to MPEG format to then burn using whatever DVD authoring software you have. I don't know if the DVD software would convert to a format readable on all players, or if it just dumps the MPEG file, which I *think* most or all DVD players will read just fine. I'm really curious about this too, and about how to remove commercials, clean up the beginning and end of a program, etc. Paul <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: What is the easiest and cheapest way to get programming that I moved to the PC with TiVoToGo on to a DVD to use anywhere?
