I too am having the same problems. Picture digitizes, pixelates and clicks sometimes. It's VERY annoying. I also have Comcast. This also happens sometimes on the TVs that don't have TIVO. Comcast has been here no less than 15 times over the past 2 years because of this. Still no resolution. At one point they actually blamed my TV and had me have the electric company come out and send them a report that the power in my house was fine. I have since purchased a new TV and still have the same problems. I finally started to put the examples on a DVD for them.
