Hi, The draft looks mostly okay. It should fix a few small issues:
The document needs to Obsolete: 8773 Please also mark this so in the datatracker, so reviews can more easily diff 8773 against the latest 8773bis draft. Add a note in the Abstract that this raises the Document Status from Experimental RFC to Standards Track RFC The reference draft-hoffman-c2pq is oudated. Change this to draft-ietf-pquip-pqc-engineers. Update all references of RFC8446 to 8446bis (section 4.3.2 stayed the same, but Appendix E.6 of [RFC8446] becomes Appendix F.6 of [RFC8446]) Once this is done, I will issue the IETF LC. Paul
