Then, in the name of all that is holy, please do so. No details from you about how the process is broken or how you have been mis-treated by the various authorities. Just say your specific comments on the topic at hand. Don’t add disclaimers or licenses. Please don’t raise process questions along the lines of “eight people objecting means no consensus.” Or, if you must, please put them in a separate section of your email. No PDFs or pointers to some large link-farm. Perhaps you could start by pointing out where Sophie’s blog post is wrong. I honestly want to know your technical reasons, but patience is finite, and I am offering suggestions on how to create your posting so that it will get readership and consideration.
