The chairs believe there is emerging consensus that X25519MLKEM768 should be promoted to 'Recommended' status and that the best path is to update draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem. This is a working group last call to update the status of X25519MLKEM768 to "Recommended: Y" in draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem. This change would update the IANA considerations in Section 7.1 as follows:
