Well, since someone asked me to clarify: I do not support publication of
this document by the TLS WG or the IETF.

But, I do support publication and a stable reference. Just like this one:
<https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc9189/>

That route doesn't require a consensus call from the chairs.
