Thanks for the clarification, Tim. I'll have to weigh installing/using tmda-ofmipd---an extra process just to have the convenience of the outgoing auto-whitelisting. As it is now, i only have to gather a "seed list" from my users, and put them in the whitelist. I only have about 10 users--a total of about 20 e-mail addresses...i don't know if tmda-ofmipd would be worth the sparse outgoing auto-whitelistings.
I have another question, but it is no relevant to this, so i'll make a new post. thanks again, ben. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On > Behalf Of Tim Legant > Sent: Friday, September 06, 2002 11:44 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: bare=append > > > "Ben Lists" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > > I am still having problems with bare=append NOT automatically adding the > > e-mail address to my "confirmed" file. > > I am sending mail with a VMailMgr (so most of the users do NOT > have shell > > accounts), qmail 1.03, and TMDA 0.56.
