I am running qmail 1.03 with Maildir, tmda 0.62, and after I confirm e-mail, it sits undelivered in the .tmda pending directory. Furthermore, even though the senders e-mail gets added to whitelist_confirmed, it continues to ask for confirmation. Neither log_debug or TMDA_DELIVERY_FAILURE show any errors.
