Ever since I started using tmda-ofmipd, I've noticed that the permissions on my whitelist.cdb file keep changing. Before I started using tmda-ofmipd, the file had read/write permission for the owner only. Now I find it changes between this and read/write for owner, group, and world.
I'm using the -autocdb switch in both my incoming and outgoing filter files to auto update the whitelist.cdb file. I have a single tmda-ofmipd process running which handles all outgoing mail rather than spawning a new process for each mail user. I would like to know: 1. Has anyone else seen this behaviour? 1. Are my suspicions correct in thinking that tmda-ofmipd is causing the change in permissions? 2. Does anyone else feel that this is a potential security problem since any user could replace any other user's .cdb files in this scenario? Andrew By the way, I'm not having a problem with my blacklist.cdb file because I don't have one set up. _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
