You have another problem with your template, which is that you are
using raw 8-bit characters without changing the BodyEncoding. This
will result in messages which are not compliant with RFC 2821.

Simply add ``BodyCharset: LATIN-1'' below the Subject line in your
template. e.g,

How can I release my messages? There are now a view messages where I have a file in my pending directory, but I cannot release them. I can release others, but not them...
