Since english is not my mother tongue, and I understand better with a
schema (especially after 11.00 pm ;)...

...let's say you have a box with x.x.x.1 as its primary IP, and two
virtual domains foo.com and bar.com with IP aliases x.x.x.101 and
x.x.x.102

you want to do:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] -> tmda.foo.com -auth-> imap.foo.com
               x.x.x.101            x.x.y.101

[EMAIL PROTECTED] -> tmda.bar.com -auth-> imap.bar.com
               x.x.x.102            x.x.y.102

right ?

If the schema's correct, then the answer is no, tmda-ofmipd cannot do
this to my knowledge. Although I would think it's doable, but could get
really complex.
