Hello list-
Mark's recent vpopmail page gave me impetus to change the tmda-pending
shell scripts that I had posted to this list before.
They are a little bit more configurable (or at least the options are
plainly visible to those not familiar with tmda-pending), and removed some
code that was doing nothing.
