PLEASE POST THESE QUESTIONS TO THE LIST AND NOT TO ME PERSONALLY. Gre7g. Thanks .. you mean I have to create manually the outgoing file under /usr/local/tmda-0.69/TMDA ?..I tried it but it's not working ..am I missing something? TIA Winan > Thanks .. For example, if I wanted all mail that goes to your ISP to be sent from a bogus address, I could put in a rule that says: to *@lippogeneral.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] That would make my from address appear to be [EMAIL PROTECTED] if I sent mail to anyone at lippogeneral.com. I suppose I could make that "to *" to make all my mail anonymous, but that's crazy. No one could ever reply then. Instead of using a bogus address, I send e-mails that I don't want replies to so they come from: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" And then I've set up a rule so that any mail going to that address will bounce with a message explaining why.
