you need tmda-ofmipd if you are using pop with a windows client.  it
formats your outgoing messages with the correct addresses.

I would say yes because tmda-cgi is very easy to use compared to all
your useers logging into the shell and editing the files by hand

if you use tmda-cgi you can setup a initial whitelist by editing the
files in the tmda-cgi/skel dir.
