I'm not quite following. When you tag outgoing mail with a 'keyword'
address, both the From header as well as the envelope sender will
be set to the same tagged address, leaving no untagged addresses
around for Outlook to use. Right?

By default, tmda-sendmail sets From and the envelope sender address
the same. If you need more control such as using a different address
for the envelope sender than for From, or vise-versa, you can use the
