I have yet another way of using spamassassin with TMDA. One of the accounts on my server belongs to a small retail store owned by a friend. He does not want to use TMDA in the typical way to request confirmation from all senders, but I found another use for it. Spamassassin determines, whether to force confirmation or not - if spamassassin's score is high enough, a confirmation request is sent. If not - all mail passes through. This may not (and does not) stop all spam (especially local, Polish spam), but is quite effective anyways and there is no danger that anything important will get bounced or dropped immediately. Also on top of all that I use rblsmtpd to eliminate all open-relay senders. -- tomasz 'tonid' nidecki, zoliborz, warszawa, poland mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://endemic.org http://mp3.com/tonid http://mp3.com/knownspace * pot'hbe'chug yay qatlh p"eghlu' _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
