This already exists. If you set:
PENDING_WHITELIST_APPEND = os.path.expanduser("~/.tmda/lists/whitelist")
PENDING_BLACKLIST_APPEND = os.path.expanduser("~/.tmda/lists/blacklist")
or similar you will get the following options in tmda-pending:
([p]ass / [s]how / [r]el / [d]el / [w]hite / [b]lack / [q]uit) [pass]:
White and Black are the options to add someone to the appropriate list.
