Hi all,

I've been banging my head against the wall on this one. Probably
something
simple but after a few hours, checking the FAQ the archives and the NG I
still can't see how to solve this.

I'm running qmail, with virtualdomains. Everything works fine. I'm
trying to
add tmda to this setup. The binaries are installed and running.

I create a test user account which has a .tmda directory under its qmail
home dir (the homedir specified in (users/assign). I have a properly set
up
crypt_key file, chmoded to 0600. my .qmail has the standard line
(|preline
/usr/local/tmda/bin/tmda-filter ./Maildir/).

I have no incoming file for rules so I assume the default of asking for
a
confirmation applies. I have no config file nor .tmdarc.

When a mail is sent to the test user, a confirmation mail is sent back
to
the sender. Whether the sender replies to that mail or sends an empty mail
to the
confirmation address, it is that mail (the reaction from the sender to
the
confirmation mail from tmda) that gets delivered to the test user and
not
the initial mail.

If I check with tmda-pending, I can see the initial mail is properly
received and I can release it, at which point it gets properly delivered
to
the test user.

So it seems that when tmda-filter sees the response to the confirmation
mail, it simply delivers it instead of the initial mail.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a configuration for that somewhere? Is
that
a never seen before bug?

I suspect that using virtual users may have something to do with it but I
can't see why.

Thanks,

    Eric
