The message that Exim did provide seems to say that python2 returned
1. The only time tmda-sendmail or tmda-inject return 1 is when there
is an error processing the command line options and the usage message
is printed.

Patrick, what arguments does Exim pass to 'command'? Also, when this
error occurs, a message is printed to stdout. Does Exim have a way to
capture that?
