The delivery confirmation gets sent to the envelope sender address of whoever sent the the confirmation message. It's up to you to make sure that mail sent to your envelope sender address goes to your mailbox. See the docs and FAQ for how to make sure bounces and auto-responses don't get caught in your pending queue.
