Hello All, I think that I have a rather odd error, and after searching the mailing list pretty extensively I have decided to ask if anyone has the answer to this problem.
I am currently running QMail 1.03, and vpopmail. I followed the virtual domains tutorial for TMDA and successfully added a tmda user. I send a test message to this tmda user(lets call him: test-nospam): [EMAIL PROTECTED] . I receive an e-mail back stating that I need to confirm my e-mail address and simply reply to the message, which I do. I then receive a message back stating that my address has been confirmed and that the orig. e-mail was forwarded to the user. GREAT! I check the user's whitelist and sure enough the e-mail address I just used to send the message has been added to the whitelist. Now, I send another e-mail from the same address to the same user([EMAIL PROTECTED]), this time I am expecting the e-mail to go directly to the user, but it does not. I get another confirmation e-mail, and only after I confirm each and everytime the e-mail goes through. I checked my filter file for incoming mail and this is what it reads: from-file /home/vpopmail/domains/test.com/test-nospam/.tmda/lists/whitelist ok from-file /home/vpopmail/domains/test.com/test-nospam/.tmda/lists/blacklist drop The filters all reference the correct files, and the whitelist does exist. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this problem? Thanks for the assistance.
