I haven't looked at tmda-check-senders, but I'm sure this is possible. tmda-check-sender would need to return different error codes based on the failure type, which it probably doesn't do now. Even if it did, there's no way to test those error codes in the filter language. I've added that to my list of future filter enhancements. It seems generally useful.
