If David is using the same qmail-smtpd service for both his public addresses
and localhost, then listing his own address in badmailfrom would block any
mail injected with his bare envelope address when using OUTGOINGMAIL="smtp".

This might not be a problem if David always uses dated addresses, has separate
qmail-smtpd services configured, or is using OUTGOINGMAIL="sendmail".
