Hi, Would anyone be able to help me with a problem that we have. When someone sends a user mail here that has not been entered into a whitelist, naturally with TMDA, the system sends out the mail to the user who sent it in order to identify themselves as legit and get put into a whitelist should they reply.
What I am noticing is that the mail goes out as 'None' and a lot of mailers are rejecting the request email as shown: ul 30 16:55:16 mx1 qmail: 1059598516.120355 delivery 2142: failure: Connected_to_208.236.45.100_but_sender_was_rejected./Remote_host_said:_553_5.5.4_<None>..._Domain_name_required_for_sender_address_None/ I assume the thing to do is get the name changed from 'None' to a [EMAIL PROTECTED] What file(s) must be changed and where?
