Perhaps you could explain in more detail and give some examples of what you want it to set up and what you have tried? I would guess that you have created files in your tmda-cgi/skel/install/%(Parent)s/ directory such as .qmail-user1:%(User)s and .qmail-user2:%(User)s ... Is that correct? Did it not copy these files when you did the tmda-cgi auto-install? You might also want to tweak tmda-cgi/skel/install/anomalies and adjust the value of VIRTUAL_ONLY to include these files. That isn't strictly needed, but it is a more clean solution and could be good if you ever export this skel structure to a machine without virtual users.
