No, I have nothing to do with qadmin-tmda, and never have. I recommend migrating to tmda-cgi which is a comparable system to qadmin-tmda, but is better written, actively developed and supported, and also has functionality that qadmin-tmda does not. The sooner you do this the better off you will be as it's my understanding that qadmin-tmda is no longer maintained and hasn't been for some time.
