I've had a situation like that as well (spammer was using my spoofed address), and the same way, my domain was in the whitelist, and I tried to blacklist JUST my account - didn't work. I felt the whitelist domain settting overrode the blacklist. Try setting the domain on the blacklist, but just have individual whitelisted exceptions.
