We have been using TMDA since version 0.33.

I'm a bit confused, I like TMDA, but how could you possibly achieve or verify these numbers? SMTP is inheirently spoofable, my system tries very hard not to send out a challenge unless it highly suspects that the person on the other end is sending spam, but there is no way to be sure that envelope sender is the person who actually sent the email, and some collateral damage is inevitable, though I consider this within acceptable limits.
