At the risk of sounding like a complete newbie (which, of course, I am), why shouldn't auto-responders be using From? I'm guessing the answer is because the From header can be easily spoofed ... but I know that in the past, I have run mutt and fetchmail on a machine at work and used a routable From tag because the machine couldn't be reached from outside the firewall. Was it a Bad Thing to do that? -- monique _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
