You get what you pay for. TMDA is free. From the users' perspective, the
product is free, the development is free, and the support is free. Such a
low cost comes at the price of not being entitled to making demands.

Your best bet is to ask in a nice way and not be offended if no one happens
to have time and/or sufficient insight to help you. Generally speaking, it's
not a good idea to become controversial on a free ride.
