While I have been kind of wondering why a couple of my questions haven't
been answered...I've been thinking of different ways to phrase them, and
continuing to lookup information to see if I've missed something. I have
missed a couple things...although I still have no clue how to get a working
tmda-cgi config.

That said, I cannot think of one instance where HTML e-mail is REQUIRED.
While it is the default in many organizations....it is easily changed.
