I see that you report that your solution have some open problems.

I found this guide for a relay mail box that uses POSTFIX:

search for this in the document:

Use tmda like spamassasin across amavis isn't a alternative way for a relay
mail box?
I doesn't know how amavis work, but you can probably give an opinion about!

Actually, there's a little bit more involved with the Postfix relay.  I
never finished working out the details for the Postfix relay, but here is
a link to a post I made:

Not much, but maybe it will help.  Perhaps some of the other Postfix folks
on this list will have some words of advice.
