Yes, you can do something very similar with postfix+TMDA (postfix
content_filter setup).  The difference is that when you are working only
with SpamAssassin, there is no user configuration information to manage.
But with TMDA, you much have a scheme for managing users crypt_keys,
filters, lists, and other information.

It takes awhile to get it all cobbled together, but it will work.
