Most likely not, but there is no way to be sure unless you provide some more info ..

* Which error does the user get exactly ? (What is the complete delivery report)
* Do you have logfiles from your MTA
* Do you maybe even (to be on-topic in the list again) have TMDA logs for the user complaining ?
