If you are both the postmaster and a TMDA user, you will save yourself
a lot of hassle by setting up a separate, non-TMDA-protected address
for postmaster. Make sure any mail to postmaster goes to that address
(handled by a dot-qmail file that doesn't run tmda-filter) and gets
delivered to an appropriate mailbox. For example, if your account is
'mark' and ~alias/.qmail-postmaster forwards mail to you (&mark),
change it to forward to mark-postmaster (or similar) and set up
~mark/.qmail-postmaster to deliver directly to your inbox (or wherever
you want postmaster mail to go).

You will get some spam to this box, because postmaster is a popular
spammer target. However, it's generally not too much and can be
easily deleted. And real people and mail system software trying to
reach postmaster will get through unimpeded.
