These three programs (and each similar combination) represent a double
bounce; a failed bounce that qmail then sends to postmaster.  The
envelope sender is '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.  For some reason tmda-filter appears to be
getting stuck because of these.  More recent versions of TMDA identify
and properly handle this envelope sender.  If you are running an older
version, you may have difficulties.

Also, we generally recommend that the postmaster address is *not*
protected by TMDA, because often messages generated by the system need
to get through to postmaster (as in this case) and there is no way
that the program that generated the message will understand TMDA's
challenge.

Beyond that, I'm not really sure what's going on here.
