The message is being sent "TO" tmda... which works in the first part of
things - we don't want the message xfiltered and delivered directly, but
tmda doesn't DO the delivery - it creates the bounces and manages the
queue... so what I guess I want to do, is filter it through tmda? but then
won't it get through the first time? or won't the original message get
stuck?
