All in /home/vpopmail/domains/nesys.it/test/.tmda is vpopmail:vchkpw?
The dirs 'filters', 'lists', 'logs' 'pending' and 'responses' too?
.tmda/crypt_key and all files, always vpopmail:vchkpw?

I've compiled vpopmail whit these options:
./configure --enable-tcpserver-file=/home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp
--enable-qmail-ext --enable-defaultquota=NOQUOTA

Right?
