I've observed a great deal of spam I am catching in my pending queue follows the pattern in the subject
Re: <Random string of capital letters>", "<3 words>
Can someone suggest a filter to delete this stuff. The alternative is to
allow the pending queue to do it's work but I like to be hasty.
