Would it be possible to create usable addresses looking like this :I do not think it would be completely impossible, but it would come down to on the MTA level rerouting all non-used addresses to TMDA, since yout MTA no longer has a clue if it belongs to a user, and if so, to which user.

That is, tagged addresses without a username? Just a curiosity.
You would -in essence- make TMDA a kind of failsafe device. I do think it would require quite some patching at the TMDA level ;)
