I have upgraded while I also changed the hard disks.
I temporary dropped SpamCop and have now in the Pending tab: the empty radio button the tick mark radio button and the whitelist radio button
Blacklist and delete is gone!!!
In the tab Settings I get for Templates for all templates: (File is not accessable)
Where have I made my mistake?
