Blacklist and delete is gone!!!
This is a feature(TM) in the newest release. We don't want people to use Blacklist or Delete, since that's not how TMDA is "supposed to be used". If you really want these, you can enable them in "defaults.ini":
[PendingList] ... ShowBlack = No ShowDelete = No
Setting these to "Yes" will enable them.
