There is propably a misconfiguration in your system, but meanwhile

The code extracts the recipient from "Received for:" headers and adds
a new header for it. I wrote it for fetchmail (which does not carry
the recipient information), but it could work for you too. 

I have also a newer, unofficial version that checks the "To:" and
"Cc:" header too. With it the only missing part would be mails sent
by Bcc. Just send a note, I'll mail it if you'd like to try it.
