I don't think this list ever had a title in the subject line. Not atleast during the last one year that I have been a subscriber.
I've been subscribed for maybe 18 months, and never seen the list name in the subject.
Are you subscribed using digest delivery? Possibly those messages have the list name as the subject?
Anyway, I have no idea if the list configuration changed. I didn't notice anything...
