Also for anyone interrested I just found the vadduser-tmad script, and I followed the directions on putting it in my /home/vpopmail/bin folder, and putting vtmdarc into the /home/vpopmail/etc/ folder, and made sure all of the paths in it were correct. Then I added a new user called [EMAIL PROTECTED] with it. The whole process worked fine. The .qmail files were created (although not where the TMDA documentation says), and it created all of the directories and files for ~/.tmda/, etc.
So I sent a test email to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account and it did not show up. I did not get any bounce and I didn't get any of the templates back to the sender either. So since the email hasn't come through, and the email hasn't bounced, I have gone into my logs and did a grep search for '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' for all logs. Ignoring the IMAP log entries, this is what I found. But I don't see any problems here: send/current:@40000000489a22032abc7f94 starting delivery 33058: msg 17171561 to local [EMAIL PROTECTED] send/current:@40000000489a22682a67d3cc starting delivery 33114: msg 17171561 to local [EMAIL PROTECTED] send/current:@40000000489a239429f55f04 starting delivery 33214: msg 17171561 to local [EMAIL PROTECTED] smtp/current:@40000000489a22022e4cf184 CHKUSER accepted rcpt: from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]::> remote <fg-out-1718.google.com:unknown:72.14.220.152> rcpt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : found existing recipient smtp/current:@40000000489a22031c62615c simscan:[5822]:CLEAN (0.10/12.00):0.4951s:test 1:72.14.220.152:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:[EMAIL PROTECTED]: Thanks John _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([email protected]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
