qconfirm doesn't have the ability to examine message header content,
so will not be adopting X-Primary-Address. 

ASK will be adding it to the next release.

I'm not sure it's worth contacting any of the non-opensource C/R
systems at this point, particularly because none of them seem to be
in widespread use.
