No, I don't think so. I described the state of my current
configuration. There is nothing preventing others from arriving at a
similar configuration given some time.

This is part of the transition period I discussed. Eventually, you
should either have all these automated mailings diverted to an
extension address, or covered by your incoming filter. I prefer the
former.

Then don't send them through TMDA. I use a .qmail-foo-default to cover
all my automated mailings such the address I use for amazon.com. I use
a .qmail-bar-default for all my mailing lists. etc..
